We start to explore the jewels of the Indus Valley during the initial days and then we see the enchanting Pangong Tso Lake, located on the Changtang region of Ladakh. The land scapes are beautiful and bright and the wilderness of the valley and the nomadic life capture ones soul. The Indus Valley, consist of landscapes marked by green oases, is the major axis of Ladakh. Around it, splendid hues of everyday life in Ladakhi Buddhist and cultural are dominant. The remote countryside of Ladakh you can experience the farmer cultivating their small barley fields while their sounds echoing from the high mountains. It is in the Indus Valley that the most prestigious monasteries of Ladakh are situated since hundreds of centuries.


Program for 7 Days

Day 1: Flight from Delhi to Leh The flight from Delhi to Leh is no doubt lifetime experiences. You will fly the all over the Himalayas and finally land into the exotic valley of Ladakh. First experience of "Little Tibet" and the altitude. You will be welcomed by the smiling faces of the people of Ladakh and you will be greeted by “Julley” ( Hello ) ,enjoy the afternoon relaxing. You will feel the air at the altitude (3 500 m), you are advised to get plenty of rest on arrival. Overnight at hotel. Day 2: Full day Local Sight around apricot valley Description : Drive to the west of the Indus Valley. After driving along the river Indus though small hamlets and you will see the apricot trees and apple trees all along the road side while the majestic mountains making their way for you. Crossing river Indus via Saspola Village you will visit the monastery of Alchi. The Legecy of 1000 year old. After the small walk around the village and then we continue to Lamayuru. Overnight in guest house. Day3: Leh to Lamayuru Night- Lamayuru Description Take the road to the charming village of Likir. There the 15th century monastery of the red hat school of Tibetan school of Buddhism is major source of attraction. The Incumbent of this monastery is the younger brother of His Holiness Dalia Lama. The place is also Known as the Naga own land because it is believe that this place is surrounded by the serpent. Day4:Pangong Lake via changla pass 17500 feet above sea level. Night Stay- Pangong Distance: In the morning, we drive towards Pangong Tso Lake, also called the Lake of Five Colors. Along the way, we will visit Thiksey and Shey. The road continues through the neck of Chang La (5183 m). Pangong Tso ’s, located in the region of Chiang Chiang Nyoma in the eastern part of Ladakh, is one of the largest and most beautiful natural lakes. It stretches over 120 km long, a third of the lake is located in Indian territory, the rest being in the Chinese territory. Overnight in a camp. Day5: Route – Pangong to Leh Description –Morning departure for Leh. On the way, visit monasteries and Matho Chemre. Day6:Shey Thiksey Hemis Vist to the Calm and beautifull monestries of Shey, Thiksey and Hemis village Day7Khardong la top the highest motorable road in India gives perfect horizon of mountain landscapes and breathe taking adventure. Afternoon leisure time to explore market of traditional thankgkas, artefacts and exquisite clothing. Day 8Fly back to Delhi
